Expert Claim Services
Damage Assessment
Damage assessment involves evaluating the extent of damage to property, determining repair or replacement costs, and documenting the findings. It's essential for insurance claims and recovery efforts.
Insurance Policy Analysis
Insurance policy analysis involves reviewing coverage, exclusions, and limitations to ensure the policyholder's understanding and identify gaps or areas needing additional coverage to mitigate risks.
Claim Negotiation
Claim negotiation focuses on ensuring a fair settlement by presenting evidence of damages and reviewing policy terms. It seeks to secure adequate compensation while resolving disputes with the insurer.
Expedited Payment Collections
The collection of insurance proceeds involves submitting the necessary documentation to the insurer and following up on the claim process. Once approved, the policyholder receives the payout to cover damages or losses as outlined in the policy.

Unlike insurance company adjusters, public adjusters work solely for you, not the insurer. Our role is to represent your best interests, ensuring your claim is thoroughly assessed, accurately filed, and maximized to its full potential.
We have found that, like other industries, insurance companies are very short-staffed. Their staff is overworked, underpaid, undertrained, and doesn’t have the best attitude. It’s important to have your own private adjuster on your side.

- 35 years of experience in disaster claims
- Specialize in handling Fire, Water, Flood, Storm
- Mission Driven, Values Focused
I began my disaster victim assistance career in 1989 and was the Mass Care Officer for the Broward County American Red Cross during Hurricane Andrew. I then ran a team of 160 retired fire chiefs that performed disaster victim assistance in 117 cities across America for 22 years. Today I am a property damage insurance adjuster. A lot has changed since then. It’s far more complex. Insurance companies have become manipulative, ruthless, shameless.

Before the storm:
Put your policies in a safe place.
Take photos of your entire home paying close attention to the personal property / contents in closets, cabinets, drawers, garage, etc.
After a storm:
Do not allow any of your total loss contents items to leave your property until you have an agreed value in writing with insurance adjuster. Even if your adjuster says you can dispose of the items don’t do it without written value agreement. You will likely be passed off to several adjusters before you are paid, and your third claims adjuster doesn’t care you’re your first adjuster told you. (Watch 60 Minutes below). Each item must be photo inventoried and valued. You can photograph items outside but don’t allow them to be removed. Once your contents leave your property, even I can’t help you fix it.
Dry out your building as soon as possible to prevent mold growth. Find a professional or start removing wet materials yourself. Mold begins to grow in 24 hours. Mold creates a whole different level of problems and often has limited or excluded insurance coverage.
